• However, you must pay the return shipping charges.

• All cancellation and returns must be received within 7 days of receipt.
• Refunds will be made to your credit card if originally used or through Paypal.

• We have been business since 2001 and have yet to receive a complaint regarding these DVDs or had to process a customer refund.
